Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Paris. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a set of accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, profitability, and growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of client accounts to drive growth, satisfaction, and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategists, Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, and Producers to deliver high-quality services and solutions
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities with clients, working closely with subject matter experts as needed
- Work on a variety of projects, including standard and rich mobile messaging, digital advertising, email marketing, and CRM solutions
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in French and English is required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a related industry
- B2B experience with a focus on client relationships and account management
- Ability to deal with large accounts and enterprises
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with stringent processes
- Fluency in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mobile marketing/messaging or a related field, such as email marketing, online advertising, or mobile applications
- Technical background with knowledge of CPaaS and mobile customer engagement
