Position: Executive Rewards and HR Data Manager

Company: Luxury Goods Conglomerate with Global Reach

Context & Scope:

This role sits within the C&B team (10 people) of the global Human Resources department (50+ people), reporting directly to the Director of Benefits, Executive Rewards, and HR Data. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities on a global scale:

  • Develop and oversee compensation and social protection policies for all employees.
  • Manage employee savings plans and long-term incentive programs designed to retain top talent, motivate performance, and foster a shared commitment to the company's growth.
  • Oversee international mobility arrangements for executives.
  • Ensure accurate social management control and provide insightful HR reporting.
  • Handle the contractual and compensation aspects of executive agreements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Analysis & Governance:

  • Prepare comprehensive analyses and presentations for senior leadership and governance bodies.
  • Manage and monitor specific compensation and social protection schemes tailored to executives.
  • Actively participate in executive compensation reviews, collaborating with payroll teams and ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Conduct benchmark analyses and research in collaboration with the compensation team.
  • Provide ongoing support for retirement planning and related matters for executives both domestically and internationally.
  • Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory developments impacting compensation practices in France and globally.

Contractual Management:

  • Manage contracts for executives across various locations, ensuring compliance with labor law, corporate law, taxation, and general regulatory frameworks.
  • Monitor budgets and administrative aspects related to executive compensation.
  • Oversee position management and assignments, maintaining data accuracy within the HRIS system. Collaborate effectively with Core HR teams, holding HR team members, and subsidiary detachment teams as needed.
  • Engage in projects and collaborate with other departments, including legal, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless operations.

Profile:

  • Hold a Master's degree from a reputable Business School, University, Law School, or IEP Paris. Possess strong legal and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and legal skills with expertise in international individual taxation. Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in your analyses.
  • Bring 7-10 years of relevant experience gained in a business environment, law firm, or consulting setting.
  • Possess excellent written, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Be fluent in English (C2 level validated by an international organization).
  • Proficient in all standard office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrate responsiveness, autonomy, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Possess a deep understanding of complex international business environments.
