Global Digital Project Manager

COTY is seeking a highly motivated and organized Global Digital Project Manager to join our Communication department.

This is a 3-month internship opportunity starting in October 2024, where you will have the chance to work on the implementation of digital strategies for our niche brands: Jil Sander, Tiffany & Co, and INFINIMENT COTY PARIS.

Missions:

As a Global Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Deploying our niche brands' digital plan for the fiscal year
  • Building social media calendars and coordinating with agencies to improve performance
  • Consolidating and analyzing paid media campaign reports and defining KPIs
  • Coordinating and developing digital activations for new product launches
  • Managing social media accounts, including editorial planning, tone of voice, and fanbase growth
  • Developing digital toolkits for markets to communicate effectively on new launches
  • Identifying industry trends and top-performing content
  • Studying competitive benchmarkings and ranking brands' performance
  • Auditing ecom contents and consumer digital/e-commerce purchasing journey on key e-retailers
  • Developing data acquisition and loyalty strategy
  • Building newsletters editorial calendar to ensure ongoing customer engagement and DTC conversion
Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Fluent English and French language skills with excellent business writing skills
  • A strong analytical mind and excellent understanding of the digital and social media ecosystem
  • Organizational skills, rigor, and a sense of responsibility
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and brand DNA
  • Proficiency in Klavyo, Sprinkr, and Traackr would be a plus
