Internship – Luxury Fragrance Portfolio Business Development Assistant EMEA

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Regional Luxury Fragrance Division Team in Paris as an Intern for January 2025. As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in driving cross-functional and cross-branded projects focused on accelerating the development of our fragrance brands (Tom Ford Beauty, Jo Malone London, Frederic Malle & Kilian Paris).

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Regional Luxury Fragrance Team in creating regular performance reports and key projects through ad-hoc analytics and deep dives.
  • Preparing impactful presentations and meetings to update both Fragrance teams and Top management teams on the portfolio achievements, market's context, and brands strategy.
  • Driving analytics to lead from insights to recommendations for action to regional management.
  • Conducting key deep dives / ad-hoc analytics to support specific insights, at request of regional management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree – Business school, Engineering school or Top University Degree (Student status needed during duration of internship).
  • Previous internship experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English required – additional language from EMEA region is a plus.
