About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Clinical Specialist - Electrophysiologie to join our team in Amiens/Reims. As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and clinical support to our customers in the field of electrophysiology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our electrophysiology products and systems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electrophysiology and provide expert advice to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrophysiology products and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and French.
