Join Our Team as a Field Clinical Specialist - Electrophysiologie

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Clinical Specialist - Electrophysiologie to join our team in Amiens/Reims. As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and clinical support to our customers in the field of electrophysiology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our electrophysiology products and systems.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electrophysiology and provide expert advice to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrophysiology products and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and French.
