We are in search of a Site Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager (h/f) for our location in Evian.
Key Responsibilities- Perform quality and safety evaluations (MASE Audit)
- Oversee documentation systems, personal protective equipment management, and operational methods and tools
Your role will involve executing the QSE framework established by the DAC in your designated area, which includes:
- Composing and revising documentation pertinent to specific operational processes (job descriptions, operational limits),
- Assessing the efficiency of the QSE framework by gathering and interpreting QSE metrics for preventive and corrective measures,
- Advocating for best practices, facilitating team meetings and discussions,
- Implementing initiatives to secure and/or uphold certifications,
- Delivering QSE reports to management and clients, ensuring client satisfaction,
- Overseeing employee training/certification, safety orientations, routine mandatory inspections (lifting equipment, harnesses, gas detectors, extinguishers, PPE), restrictions, and health assessments,
- Conducting emergency preparedness drills (fire, chemical spills),
- Providing guidance on daily QSE matters (preventive measures) to local management,
- Assisting in the adoption of new tools and ensuring their effective utilization,
- Carrying out internal and on-site QSE evaluations, and investigating workplace incidents,
- Monitoring QSE action plans and site inspections,
- Organizing and leading discussions with clients and staff on QSE subjects.
Qualifications:
Possessing a background in QSE or the food sector, or substantial QSE experience, you demonstrate leadership capabilities to guide the supervisory team managing approximately thirty personnel.

No regular travel is anticipated for this position.
Occasional travel may be required for training purposes.
Night shifts: 2 nights weekly from 8:30 pm to 12:00 am.
