Job Description
We are seeking a Master Data Specialist to join our Human Resources Department in France. In this role, you will be responsible for producing HR data for various departments and social partners. You will also participate in projects with your tutor and support users in using reporting tools.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Data comparison, production, and dashboards creation
- Participation in project phases, including data cleaning and report automation
- Supporting users of reporting tools
- Improving data quality
- Continuous improvement
- Knowledge capitalization
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Operational English and ability to structure and model concepts
- Strong team spirit, performance orientation, autonomy, and organization skills
- Communicative and responsive, proactive, and good synthesis skills
