We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Data Enablement and Serviceability team, driving innovation and excellence in data management and analytics. As a Manager, Product Definition, you will be responsible for defining and implementing data collection, cleansing, and transformation processes, as well as ensuring data serviceability capabilities for consumer applications and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Product Definition Analysts in designing and implementing data models and schemas, collaborating with Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless data collection, transformation, and storage processes.
- Conduct data exploration and analysis to identify data serviceability opportunities, respond to functional requirements, and propose Offer's product and process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain data quality processes and improvements initiatives to enhance data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product management, customers, and other actors to gather requirements, define solutions, and build corresponding deliverables.
- Contribute to innovation and research initiatives, driving intellectual stimulation and expertise within the Offer organization.
- A solid educational foundation with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) are preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in software engineering activities.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proactivity, autonomy, strong leadership skills, and exceptional proficiency in English communication are required.
- Relevant experience in data management, implementing data quality processes, and BI is a plus.
- Business or Data Analyst experience is a plus.
