Purpose and Objectives

SAP's Cloud Success Services is driving innovative services for customers from an end-to-end perspective. Our mission is to achieve customer success and retention for SAP by delivering efficient and flawless implementation of all SAP solutions, with a strong focus on digitalization.

Business Transformation Services

As part of SAP Cloud Success Services, Business Transformation Services (BTS) is a global organization consisting of central expertise teams and local customer-centric teams. Our core mission is to drive the digitalization agenda of our customers through designing and implementing Innovation & Transformation Roadmaps. We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team, who will possess the following qualities:

  • A genuine passion for driving client success and delivering business outcomes through technology.
  • The gravitas and demeanor to act as a trusted advisor at C-level, both from a business and technology perspective.
  • A collaborative and influential style that will allow them to build a personal external and internal network, and operate effectively within a complex matrix organization with multiple objectives.
  • The energy and tenacity to persevere in sometimes challenging and political client engagements.
  • Expertise in business process optimization, business case building, roadmap design, and value measurement through defined KPIs.

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

We're looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in Management Consulting or other Advisory Services, with a strong ability to plan and drive change management during projects. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and solid presentation skills. Fluency in written and spoken French and English is also required.

Desired Work Experience

We're looking for a balance of the following:

  • Broad experience of SAP portfolio and especially Finance and Controlling.
  • Advisory in a SAP transformation context, covering business process re-engineering, process design and audits, definition of landscape strategy, IT portfolio planning, COE organization, enterprise architecture governance, business value roadmap.
  • Proven experience in customer management and team coordination.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms, new technologies, and/or projects with an innovative mindset approach would be a plus.
