Nous recherchons un Compliance Officer pour rejoindre notre équipe de la Global Control Room au sein de la Compliance CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking) de Natixis SA.
En tant que Compliance Officer, vous serez chargé de conseiller les métiers de Natixis et d'accompagner étroitement les compliances officers métiers et locaux sur l'encadrement de la circulation d'information confidentielle voire privilégiée, sur l'identification, la prévention et la gestion des conflits d'intérêts transactionnels.
Vous travaillerez dans un environnement international, au sein d'une communauté d'experts qui place l'excellence, l'impact et l'action collective au cœur de tout ce qu'elle entreprend.
Vous aurez la possibilité de télétravailler et de contribuer à la construction du monde de demain en rejoignant notre équipe engagée à soutenir la transition environnementale.
Profil et Compétences Requises
- De formation supérieure en droit ou en finance, vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie dans des fonctions de compliance officer, juriste ou auditeur.
- Vous maîtrisez la réglementation européenne et française, ainsi que les opérations d'une banque de financement et d'investissement (M&A, ECM, DCM, financements bancaires, activités de marchés notamment).
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes doté d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, méthodique, animé par un fort esprit d'équipe et reconnu pour votre sens de la confidentialité.
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau C1/C2, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
