Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to promote our range of cardiac products in healthcare facilities to specialist doctors and/or operating theatre nurses, pharmacists, and buyers. The successful candidate will be responsible for training customers in the specific techniques of our products and developing sales and margins defined in the annual objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual objectives
  • Negotiate with various stakeholders, including specifiers and buyers
  • Monitor deals, including offers, quotations, and promotional budgets
  • Organize and participate in events, such as conferences
  • Train customers in the company's products and installation techniques
  • Perform administrative tasks, including planning, expense reports, visit reports, and responding to studies requested by management
  • Participate in sales meetings and monitor customer complaints
  • Develop own scientific knowledge and work as part of a team

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' scientific or commercial degree and/or at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of operating theatres and minimum 5 years' experience in the hospital or healthcare sector, ideally in medical equipment and/or implantable devices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and conversational English
