Position Overview:
- Greeting and supporting patients in the laboratory, ensuring precise patient identification and gathering clinical information for the preparation of analyses.
- Informing patients about the procedures for sample collection, methods for retrieving results, and expected timelines.
- Executing sample collection in accordance with hygiene and safety standards, both within the laboratory and at external sites, while prioritizing patient comfort.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in medical laboratory technology (Bac+2 / Bac+3)
- Current blood collection certification and up-to-date AFGSU 2 training
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills
