Job Description:
  • Analyze machining directives and component specifications
  • Configure cutting instruments, secure components, and modify machining settings
  • Prepare raw materials, initiate production runs, and oversee operational processes
  • Conduct visual and dimensional assessments, identifying and rectifying non-compliant products
  • Execute deburring, tool changes, and routine maintenance duties
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and participate in production discussions
  • Work in rotating shifts or night teams, with opportunities for long-term assignments and potential permanent roles
Profile Requirements:
  • Preferred Qualification: Technical or Vocational Degree in Machining
  • Experience: At least 1 year in an industrial setting
  • Proficient in interpreting technical documentation, schematics, CNC programming, tool calibration, deburring, and dimensional inspection
  • Familiarity with MAZATROL and HEIDENHAIN programming systems is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a methodical, diplomatic work approach
