About Us: ITSM Solutions International is a leading provider of IT service management solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Project Manager to lead our critical migration project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migration Planning and Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive migration strategy for ServiceNow instance consolidation.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide expert technical leadership on ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and integration processes.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and consultants.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the migration project.
  • Risk Management: Recognize potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies to address challenges that could impact the timeline or quality of the project.
  • Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Post-migration, assess the performance of the consolidated ServiceNow instance and propose enhancements aimed at optimizing overall platform performance and improving user experience.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, technical project management, and experience leading complex projects. You will also need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
