Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Leader to oversee our operations in Vaucluse. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary representative of the company to clients.
  • Identify and understand customer needs effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Enhance leadership capabilities within the team.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in B2C sales.
  • Proficient understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong ambition and leadership qualities.

Compensation: This role offers a full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary package, including a base salary, sales commissions, monthly bonuses, travel expenses, a vehicle, and health insurance.
