Project Controls Specialist

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to join our team in the Advanced Manufacturing sector. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for establishing processes, templates, and tools to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain project controls processes, templates, and tools to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Develop and implement project controls strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and prioritize project controls activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on project controls best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Develop and maintain project controls reports, dashboards, and other documentation to support project decision-making.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Proven experience in project controls coordination in the Advanced Manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of project controls principles and practices.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6, with experience in project controls software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize project controls activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
