Position Overview

SOBECA, a prominent entity within the FIRALP Group, specializes in the design and construction of energy, data, and fluid distribution networks. With a robust presence across the nation, SOBECA provides a wide array of services encompassing electrical systems, digital networks, and urban heating solutions.

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time role:

Heavy Machinery Operator for Infrastructure Projects (H/F)

In this role, you will report directly to the site supervisor and be tasked with the operation of heavy machinery for various construction activities, including excavation, grading, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery for excavation, grading, and lifting operations
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
  • Support general site operations and assist in site marking
  • Uphold safety standards on the job site

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants should possess a valid driver's license along with CACES certifications 1, 2, and 4, and have a minimum of two years of experience in the public works sector. Attributes such as reliability, motivation, independence, and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

Additional Information:

Working Conditions:

The role offers a structured monthly schedule with compensation for any overtime worked.
