Key Responsibilities- Provide legal counsel internally and externally on data protection matters, with a focus on providing excellent advice to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure data protection and handle internal and external data protection inquiries independently.
- Act as the responsible data protection officer for Sendinblue GmbH.
- Collaborate closely with different departments, including the legal team, customer care team, and managing director.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate compliance guidelines, processes, and measures, including training for employees.
- Contribute to contractual matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Relevant work experience in IT law, data protection, or compliance in a B2B environment.
- Successful completion of law studies, with a strong understanding of German Civil Law and European law.
- Excellent command of German and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Good understanding of technical and software contexts, with high proactivity.
- Prior experience or certification as a data protection officer is a plus.
