- Implement the directives and priorities established by the Reception Manager through your actions and presence at the front desk.
- Support the Reception Manager in organizing and overseeing reception operations and coordinating with other departments (housekeeping, dining, maintenance, etc.).
- Participate in managing the reception cash register, handling valuables, and overseeing room assignments and transfers.
- Mentor and train the reception staff.
- Ensure adherence to Club Med's quality standards as well as hygiene and safety regulations.
- Promote internal sales opportunities (overnight stays, room upgrades, and dining options).
- Address and resolve all inquiries, feedback, and issues raised by our guests.
