A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Global Mobility Consulting & Advisory Specialist to join our client's team in Paris.
The Consulting & Advisory Specialist will be experts in the advisory field of International mobility, such as taxation, remuneration, and social security.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the relocation process for international assignees, providing advice and support to client contacts and assignees throughout the process.
- Act as the main point of contact for relocating assignees and their families for all global mobility and assignment management needs.
- Provide HR and managers with guidance on the conditions of short-term and long-term missions abroad, including taxation, medical coverage, immigration, and retirement implications, in accordance with the company's Mobility policy and social and tax regulations.
- Coordinate all service providers associated with mobility, including those responsible for invoicing, monitoring, and quotes.
- Keep updated on legal, social, or tax news in France and other countries.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Previous experience within relocation, global mobility, and international assignment services sector, ideally experience in Big 4 or consulting firm providing international mobility advisory services.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
