MBway, a prominent international management institution providing programs from Bac +3 to Bac +5, is seeking a Financial Management Apprentice to work with one of our esteemed partner organizations. This role is structured as a 24-month apprenticeship.

If you are eager to embark on a training journey that equips you with essential competencies in finance, financial tools, information systems management, and project/team oversight within a multifaceted environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Upon successful completion, you will earn a recognized qualification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the annual budgeting process alongside departmental leaders
  • Manage monthly financial closures for reporting purposes
  • Evaluate discrepancies between forecasts and actual results, proposing corrective measures as necessary
  • Perform financial analyses as requested by operations or management
  • Develop and refine tracking dashboards
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Assist managers in grasping the financial dimensions of their operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Achieved Bac+3 by 2022
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to summarize and communicate information effectively
  • Proficiency in English is preferred

Contract Type: Apprenticeship or professional training

Duration: Full-time for 24 months
