The Marketing Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping Dailymotion's digital advertising initiatives across various markets, with a primary focus on France. This position will act as a liaison among multiple departments, collaborating closely with the sales team, Ad Operations, creative studio, content division, and product teams.

In support of the marketing and sales divisions, and to effectively showcase Dailymotion's advertising solutions to clients and media agencies, the Marketing Sales Coordinator will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

Creation and Enhancement of Sales Tools:
- Development of both generic and industry-specific sales presentations
- Crafting product information sheets related to offerings and inventory
- Compiling audience profiles (marketing personas)
- Establishing performance tracking dashboards

Designing Commercial Propositions: Develop market-driven offers to invigorate sales, including event-based, performance-driven, and sector-specific promotions.

Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to stay informed about the AdTech landscape, media sector, and challenges faced by our clients' industries.

Data Analysis: Examine metrics related to platform audience engagement, video consumption, and editorial content to refine and strengthen the commercial proposition: showcasing the strengths of the Dailymotion audience, formulating targeting strategies, and assessing performance using tools such as Kantar TGI, Comscore, Médiamétrie, and internal resources.

The role of Marketing Sales Coordinator is dynamic and may evolve in alignment with the team's growth and requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced education (Bac+4/5) in Business, Engineering, or Marketing-related fields.
- Previous experience in marketing within a media agency, advertising sales organization, or client-side is preferred.
- A keen interest in the digital landscape and media sector is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Attributes such as integrity, dedication, responsiveness, curiosity, exceptional writing abilities, and numerical aptitude are vital.
- Skills in multimedia production would be advantageous.
