Your Role:

As a Payroll and HR Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of employees, serving as their primary point of contact for payroll and personnel administration. You will play a vital role in supporting our team members and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Prepare and verify payslips, handle social security contributions, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Personnel Administration: Manage employment contracts, monitor sick leave records, update employee information, and maintain personnel files.
  • Employee Support: Provide expert guidance and assistance to employees and managers on payroll and HR-related matters.
  • Process Improvement: Actively participate in optimizing tools and procedures to enhance data management efficiency.
