Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager - Masonry to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of masonry and carpentry projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of technicians and workers to ensure efficient project execution
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish project schedules and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards
  • Monitor project progress, including budget tracking and progress reports
  • Manage additional work orders and negotiate with suppliers
  • Coordinate with the Accounting department to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Participate in project meetings and site visits
  • Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction

Client Base

Our clients include public institutions (80%) such as municipalities, prefectures, regional councils, and public hospitals, as well as private clients (20%) consisting of property owners and management companies.

Project Scope

We specialize in masonry, renovation, and carpentry projects, with a focus on building construction and civil engineering. Our projects range from 20 to 1000 K€ in value, primarily located in the 94, 77, and 93 departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Significant experience in a similar role within a construction company
  • Strong organizational, methodical, and rigorous approach to project management
