Job Title: Chantier Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tasks related to site execution under the supervision of the works manager.
  • Oversee and manage the works from project initiation to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with cost, time, and quality commitments while managing production resources.
  • Represent the company to the project owner and stakeholders.
  • Lead site meetings and ensure the safety of all personnel.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work by internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Propose technical solutions and contribute to project development.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Building or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Passionate about construction with excellent interpersonal skills.
