We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to join our forward-thinking team in France. As a key member of our Global Sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving business growth within the defence industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, handling profit and revenue responsibility.
  • Manage contracts, pricing, and perform price reviews in line with guidelines.
  • Drive growth in existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Account Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field with strong sales experience.
  • Solid understanding of PCB's (preferred), electronics or components.
  • Fluent English (French is a plus).

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you can also expect:

  • A performance-based bonus scheme.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and pension contributions.

Salary: €70,000 per annum (plus performance-related bonuses)
