Sales Leader for Cloud Solutions

At SAP, we're committed to helping our customers run better. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving innovation and adoption of our cloud solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will take ownership of an assigned territory focused on upsell opportunities.
- Through your customer strategy, you'll motivate an account team to execute your strategy.
- You'll perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales, sales specialist, and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- You'll support SAP's strategy by implementing value-based selling throughout the sales cycle (project identification, pre-sales implementation, negotiation, and closing) as well as in the post-sales follow-up (project, consumption, customer satisfaction).
- You'll constantly generate pipeline using new techniques, tools, joint field marketing initiatives, trade shows, and top-tier channel partners.
Your Qualifications:
- 10+ years of business experience in Sales or Consulting with complex business software/IT solutions.
- 5+ years of deep industry/domain expertise.
- 5+ years of Large Account Management experience/leading account teams.
- Knowledge of the SAP offering.
- Experience with long-term planning of resources, technology, and account structure.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French.
- Strategic thinker, high degree of creativity, and innovation.
About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity for a sales professional who wants to be part of Europe's largest cloud company. You'll manage complex sales cycles by orchestrating internal teams in pre-sales, value management, offer management, internal sales, marketing, and sales support.
You'll address C-levels in your customers and in your company to define a long-term roadmap. You have successfully led transformational and long sales cycle projects in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
You'll know how to manage your business at a quarter level to meet your company's challenges. A good level of business English is required.
A knowledge of the banking and insurance industry is a real advantage.
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
