Your Mission

As an Emergency Medical Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and effective response to emergency medical situations.

Job Features:

  • 12-hour shifts
  • Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • 24/7 schedule coverage to ensure continuous patient care

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive, triage, and direct emergency calls from patients and the public.
  • Coordinate the deployment of intervention vehicle teams to emergency scenes.
  • Schedule transport appointments for patients requiring medical evacuation or transfer.
  • Maintain accurate team presence records and ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Conduct daily workstation checks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Provide continuous availability and responsiveness during scheduled shifts.
  • Support emergency events and contribute to the overall management of critical situations.

Looking for an Ideal Candidate

Qualifications: ARM certification is required.

Specific Knowledge: Hospital structures, Crisis event management, Communication techniques, Computer proficiency are essential.

Professional Qualities: Precision, clear communication, availability, a reassuring and courteous demeanor, quick responsiveness, dedication, and motivation are highly valued in this role.
