Job Summary

Wall Residences is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Residential DSP, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities in our homes in Leesburg, Sterling, and Alexandria City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily living assistance and support to individuals with disabilities
• Assist with personal care, medication management, and mobility
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community resources
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
