We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively engage with potential clients to identify robust sales opportunities and profile prospective customers.
  2. Build Strong Relationships: Build rapport with C-level decision-makers, understand their pain points, and correlate business needs with available cloud solutions.
  3. Drive Revenue Growth: Execute daily outbound calls and emails, aiming to qualify and advance sales prospects.
  4. Meet Targets: Hit target levels of activity daily and weekly, working towards individual and team goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
  5. Manage Accounts: Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects. Educate customers on what we have to offer, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
  6. Record and Maintain Data: Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com (CRM database). Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities, ensuring diligent documentation of customer interactions and deal details.
  7. Solution Selling: Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and build value by correlating business needs with available Cloud solutions. Provide value for the next steps in the sales process, ensuring the best fit for customer needs.

Requirements:

  • C1-Level French proficiency.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • BA/BS Degree OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and work against an assigned quota.
  • General IT Skills: Essential computer skills to efficiently navigate a computer-based job.
