Reinsurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Analyst to join our Reinsurance Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various business units to support our growth strategy.

• Support the reinsurance placement process for our treaty and reinsurance programs, ensuring seamless execution and adaptation to our growth strategy.
• Collaborate with the Risk Management, Finance, and Underwriting teams to analyze terms and conditions, ensuring robustness and alignment with our UW strategy.
• Implement and execute the placement of renewals and new treaties with reinsurers and brokers, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Perform controls to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our reinsurance processes.
• Work autonomously and pragmatically to make informed technical decisions, taking ownership of individual placements.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in reinsurance and/or insurance. Your skills and qualifications should include:

• Previous experience in reinsurance (preferred) and/or insurance.
• 2-5 years of experience after graduation.
• Graduation from a Business or Engineering school.

You should possess excellent analytical and financial skills, with a strong understanding of insurance concepts. Fluency in English and French is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
