Reinsurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Analyst to join our Reinsurance Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business units to support the reinsurance placement process, develop our reinsurance strategy, and execute the placement of renewals and new treaties with reinsurers and brokers.

• Support the reinsurance placement process for our treaty and reinsurance programs.
• Contribute to the development of our reinsurance strategy, including active follow-up of underwriting strategy and new products expansion.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Finance, and Underwriting teams to analyze terms and conditions.
• Implement the reinsurance strategy and execute the placement of renewals and new treaties.
• Perform controls to ensure the robustness of our reinsurance processes.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Previous experience in reinsurance and/or insurance.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
