- Proven project management capabilities and experience in leading high-level meetings
- Exceptional analytical, modeling, and risk assessment skills / Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools
The Project Owner Representative plays a vital role in advocating for the interests of the project/P&L owner (Director) and ensuring the effective development and execution of renewable energy initiatives.
• Oversees the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams involved in projects through thorough project evaluations prior to each milestone.
• Engages in or leads the transition phases according to established protocols.
• Tracks project advancement and ensures adherence to timelines and budgetary limits.
• Identifies potential project risks and ensures they are monitored effectively.
• Reviews and assesses the economic foundations of projects to enhance their viability.
• Confirms the completeness of project documentation at the conclusion of the development phase (including necessary authorizations and contracts) and validates them. In this role, acts as the guarantor of project quality and profitability prior to investment decisions.
Ensures compliance with the Company's quality standards for projects.
• Assists in organizing the investment committee review in collaboration with project development managers: prepares investment documentation, verifies business plans in conjunction with the Financial Modeling team, analyzes overarching project issues, ensuring that all constraints (technical, environmental, accounting, legal, tax, etc.) have been thoroughly addressed, and that relevant departments have been consulted before any investment decisions are made.
• Contributes to the enhancement of project management processes.

• REN Business Unit:
o REN is the division of Total Energies responsible for the development, construction, operation, asset management, and financing of renewable projects, including both large and small-scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, off-grid energy, and storage solutions.
