At bioMérieux, we are seeking a highly skilled R&D Project Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Data/IT & Integrated Solution Programs & Projects team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects related to analytics and cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to identify innovative solutions and technologies to enrich our commercial offer.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams with representatives from various organizations, including R&D, Marketing, Customer Support, and IS.
- Ensure team cohesion and commitment throughout the project duration.
- Manage timelines and resource needs to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and within the approved budget.
- Secure design control by respecting internal procedures and applicable standards.
- Manage project communication, including reporting to the Core Team, Steering Committee, and various project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related Information Technology field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT domain.
- Agile framework knowledge (SCRUM; Kanban) is a plus.
- Leadership, teamwork, and good communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Autonomy and the capacity to work with global, remote teams in a multicultural environment.
- Experience with IT solutions and cloud development solutions is preferred.
