We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our event strategy and execution. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive event plan that drives leads, MQLs, revenue, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic event plan that aligns with our business objectives
- Lead the organization and execution of in-person and digital events, including webinars and conferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
- Develop and manage event budgets and ensure timely and within-budget execution
- Measure and analyze event effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for future event planning
- 8+ years of experience in event production and marketing
- Proven track record of delivering successful events and meeting business objectives
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with event management software and tools
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
