Mission Overview
As an Over-Indebtedness File Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals facing financial difficulties. Your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive management of over-indebtedness files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- File Processing: You will meticulously handle over-indebtedness files, including deposit control, completeness verification, preparation, registration, and ongoing monitoring of all judicial actions and decisions. This involves navigating litigation, appeals, and approvals.
- Client Support: You will provide essential support to the public through both in-person counter service and phone consultations. Your expertise will guide individuals seeking information on various financial services, including Infobank, right to an account, and access to FCC, FICP, and FNCI files.
- File Management: You will diligently monitor and manage deposited over-indebtedness files, ensuring their smooth progression and adherence to established protocols.
- THESÉE Consultations: You will conduct phone consultations with THESÉE, providing valuable guidance and support to individuals seeking assistance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- You may also contribute to financial education initiatives aimed at the public, raising awareness about responsible financial practices.
Required Profile
Education:
- BTS in Social and Family Economics
- Preparatory School for State Diplomas of Social Service Assistant or Counselor in Social and Family Economics
- Law Student (Bachelor's or Master's in Litigation and Recovery)
Skills:
Essential legal knowledge is required.
Qualities: Thoroughness, reliability, speed, analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, confidentiality, availability, and interpersonal skills are highly valued.
