Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to be part of the HR and Employee Experience division at Orange Business Services. This role focuses on digital transformation initiatives and the enhancement of HR processes. You will take part in the planning and execution of HRIS projects, support the management of project timelines, assess user requirements, and work closely with both technical and business teams. Your responsibilities will also include implementing performance metrics, organizing project meetings, and contributing to the creation of documentation and user training materials.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a background in engineering, business, or information systems, with a keen interest in human resources and technology. Proficiency in both French and English is essential, along with strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a high level of organization. Autonomy, analytical thinking, and familiarity with IT systems are also important, while prior experience in project management is advantageous.
