Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Deputy Supervisor to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and operations of our HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all HVAC plant and controls, including AHU's, fans, motors, belt drives, refrigeration and freezer room equipment, and associated controls.
- Ensure good mechanical engineering practices and operational experience in the operation of utilities equipment.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our HVAC systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other plant operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC engineering and operations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Full proficiency in English.
