Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at De Beers Group of Companies. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Director in the day-to-day operations of our store and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Director in leading the team to achieve sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop strong relationships with VIP and high net worth clients, facilitating private viewings and sales.
  • Work with the Store Director to establish regular action plans and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate execution of company operating procedures.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
Requirements:
  • Significant retail experience with at least three years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry, with a preference for jewellery experience.
  • A proven record of delivering sales results.
  • Fluent spoken and written French, with additional languages such as English and Mandarin being an advantage.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
