Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to enhance our Neo Expense team. Neo Expense is a key differentiator for our Travel & Expense clientele, providing unparalleled configurability alongside an exceptional user experience. The innovative nature of Neo, combined with its advanced technology, creates an exciting opportunity for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the authority on your products, integrating market research, user insights, and technical knowledge to shape the product vision and strategy.
- Develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for your product offerings.
- Establish priorities and define product requirements, collaborating with design and engineering teams to create, launch, and refine new features.
- Coordinate product launches in partnership with customer success and marketing teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with analytics teams to assess and enhance the impact of your products.
- Take ownership of business outcomes, ensuring targets are met by continuously improving and reimagining the product experiences you oversee.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver products that resonate with customers.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B context.
- Familiarity with platform ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying and presenting complex concepts effectively.
- Technical, analytical, and relationship-oriented mindset, with a passion for collaborative problem-solving.
- Experience with the scientific method; adept at formulating testable hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent influencing skills, with experience navigating large matrix organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and UX practices, with a minimum of 5 years in a direct product management role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
