Sales Manager - GSB Sector

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the GSB sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing commercial partnerships while effectively promoting Soprema's innovative construction materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with GSB retailers.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Oversee inventory management and provide comprehensive training to distributor teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to drive sales initiatives.
  • Regularly communicate sector insights and updates to the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven commercial experience with a focus on client relationship management.
  • A minimum of 10 years in sales, particularly within the GSB sector.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and manage a home office effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A genuine passion for technical solutions and sales excellence.
