Sales Manager Opportunity in Paris

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Paris. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in France, Belgium, and Switzerland, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and business development.

About the Role:

  • Lead sales efforts in Paris and across the region
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development
  • Strong knowledge of the SaaS industry and workplace data analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary up to €70k
  • Circa €900k target with potential for OTE of €125k
  • Full-time permanent role with hybrid working setup
