Job Summary

With a globally recognized reputation in the oil and gas sector, as well as in the Renewable Energy industry, SPIE Global Services Energy has been chosen to execute this role on the GIRASSOL FFSD project in Angola.

To support the expansion of our Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are seeking a Mechanical Permit to Work Preparation Supervisor M/F.

This role is based OFFSHORE on the GIRASSOL FPSO in a 4x4 rotational schedule.

Responsibilities of the PTW Mechanical Preparation Role include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing PTW for designated FFSD MECA components
  • Incorporating documentation and requested isolations into permits via E-Permits (P&IDs; procedures; JRA) and associated Work Orders
  • Generating Inhibition when required
  • Compiling technical dossiers for items with necessary documentation (Item documentation + approved Working Procedures)
  • Consulting with the FFSD Maintenance Coordinator regarding identified issues

Candidate Profile

We are primarily interested in candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Experience: 10 years or more
E-Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficiency in English (C-Professional working proficiency)
Proficiency in French (B-Limited working proficiency)
