Job Summary
The ESRF is seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to coordinate the recruitment process for PhD students. As a key member of the ESRF team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from call publication to onboarding of new PhD students.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent, including the publication of calls, eligibility checks, and interview processes.
- Onboarding: Assist with the integration of new PhD students, ensuring a smooth transition into the ESRF community.
- Program Implementation: Support the implementation of the PhD training program, working closely with the ESRF Head of Recruitment & Careers management service.
Requirements
- Higher university degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar recruitment function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English and good knowledge of French.
Working Conditions
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive compensation package, including financial support for relocation to Grenoble.
