Job Description
Adoc Talent Management is looking for a High-Speed Technology Research Manager to join their team in Grenoble. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of next-generation high-speed systems, collaborating with a team of experts to design and implement cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-speed board-level architecture and complex module design for high-speed signals (112 Gbit/s+).
- Manage projects, including commercial, technical, and legal aspects.
- Lead a diverse team to work collaboratively and manage cross-cultural development environments.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in high-speed or multi-physics simulation or NDT testing of PCB board-level engineering technologies.
- Expertise in project management and team leadership.
