Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our IT Administration & Support team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Response and Threat Management
Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize the impact of security breaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security weaknesses. Analyze and interpret threat intelligence to inform security strategies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement security controls and measures.
Lead and participate in security-related projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate security-related information to stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners. Provide regular updates on security incidents and threats.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including ISO 27002 and TIBER.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure a positive working environment.
Adopt a client-centric approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and ensuring that security measures do not impact business operations.
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to changing business needs and security threats.
UpHold the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all aspects of work, including confidentiality and data protection.
Adhere to Spuerkeess' risk management policies and procedures, ensuring that security measures are aligned with business objectives.
Proficiency in English and French is required, with Luxembourgish being an asset.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Relevant work experience in cybersecurity is an advantage.
Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including vulnerability management and threat intelligence.
Understanding of business operations and the ability to communicate security-related information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including MS Project.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, including ISO 27002 and TIBER.
Proficiency in IT security concepts, including security frameworks and threat intelligence.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and emerging trends in cybersecurity.
