Elida Beauty is a new beauty business within Unilever, re-founding iconic brands like Tigi, Timotei, Monsavon, Brut, and Williams for today's generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the adaptation of brands assets to different markets
  • Support the creation and adaptation of the brand activation plan in different markets
  • Manage and report local activations with distributors and agencies
  • Support Consumer Market Insights activities on brands, markets, and competition
  • Create brands toolkits for commercial teams and distributors
  • Daily collaboration and support to Marketing & CD teams
  • Support other brands in the Hair Care category of Elida beauty

What You Will Learn:

  • Operational internship with responsibilities and autonomy
  • Multi-functional environment with direct contact with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain departments
  • Real training course on your function, work environment, and tools
  • Daily guidance from your internship supervisor to develop your know-how and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Student in Business School / University bac +4 /+5 looking for a gap year or end of studies internship
  • Fluent in English, French, and other languages a plus
  • Already completed a first experience in Marketing, as an Assistant Brand Manager and/or Sales
  • Passion about our consumers, our brands, and our purpose
  • Ambition to learn and proactivity in your own development
  • Particularly autonomous with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of distributor/consumer panels recommended
