Tech Soft 3D, a global leader in 3D development software toolkits, is seeking a highly motivated Support Account Manager to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Support Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide superior product knowledge, negotiate contracts, and develop strategic account plans.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture and manage relationships with existing partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer support and product knowledge
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and value for both Tech Soft 3D and our partners
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and customer engagement
- 5-7 years of experience in advanced technical software sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in negotiations and contract renewals
- Strong understanding of software development toolkits and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
