About the Role:
DAZN is seeking a dedicated HR Consultant to support our expanding operations in France. This position is essential in providing local HR knowledge to facilitate our growth in the French market, particularly in areas such as French labor regulations, the establishment of a works council, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the People Partner to ensure the local HR initiatives align with our growth strategy in France.
- Assist in the talent acquisition and management processes while ensuring adherence to French employment legislation.
- Offer sound advice on employee relations, contractual matters, and HR issues, ensuring alignment with local employment terms and best practices.
- Guide and mentor managers to enhance team engagement and ensure compliance with French regulations.
- Facilitate the establishment of a works council in France.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of various HR facets, with a strong emphasis on French employment law.
- Proven experience in implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in French and English, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Customer-focused and collaborative, with a practical approach to problem-solving that considers business implications and risks.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a global HR team.
